Craig started playing music relatively late in life at 20 years, studying the playing of his musical idols whilst he should have been working towards his college degree. By the time he left college he was already teaching friends how to play and turning away from graphic design with a view to becoming a professional guitar teacher.

Some of Craig’s earliest influences on the guitar remain his most enduring, such as Metallica’s James Hetfield, Rush’s Alex Lifeson and Queensryche’s Chris DeGarmo. Over the years he has absorbed elements of progressive rock, country rock, funk rock, folk metal, southern rock, groove-metal and gothic industrial metal into his repertoire and style.

His previous bands included popular Huntingdon-based rock covers bands Burlesque (2005-2014) and Blackout (2010-2012).

Present gear: Guitars by Fender, Washburn, Charvel and Jackson; Kemper Profiling Amp; Line 6 G10 wireless system.
